After been traveling China this time for 3 weeks and stayed not more then 2 days in eatch hotel and other trips to China before then this hotel, have been this trip nr 1 and defenitly among my top 5 for all trips in China. I stayed in places like the Venetian in Macau and other price ranges but this hotel was worth every penny. The breakfeast was a absolute joy and very grateful that they have considered other the Chinese guests need food, the staff in the restaurant and the hotell where very serviceminded, speaking English, helpfull and polite. I can highly recomend this hotel.

Indeed very good services and hospitality. My room got upgraded as expected probably it is low season in Xi’an. The room is clean and sizable. The complimentary breakfast is excellent that is more than sufficient because there are a lot of choices. Unfortunately the swimming pool closed for maintenance. But everything is great!

Attentive staff. We chose 5 star as we needed a fridge for medication.
