I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

What a great experience. The hotel is well located and you can join many corner of the city easily. It’s Brand new and the rooms are beautiful, with a perfect view over the city. The rooftop pool is also a plus, even though it would need a bar or something. I had a great stay, I already want to come Back!

It is newly refurbished . The room size was standard. Look new at the outside, but the piping and electric wiring was quite old. It caused drainage issues and electric breakdown during night time and also in the afternoon for 2-3 hours. Just prepare some cash for the deposit. I Booked the hotel from agoda, it didn’t state anything about the deposit, however, was being asked by the check in counter for the deposit during check in. The breakfast was average. Serving same food everyday, getting bored after a week staying here.

Stayed over one week here, very nice facilities and front desk service, especially Bow was particularly helpful, appreciate everything and see you soon!
