It has reddoorz on 1st floor and rental apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. It's a nice place around batam center. They offer studio room and 2 bedrooms AFAIK.

The area is quite remote, parking is hard as a lot of cars compares to the parking space availability. The room is clean, a bit quiet, but have swimming pool inside.
