Me, my husband (Jay) and our little girl stayed here during our first few days in Sabah. It was such a pleasant stay, we left with a very very heavy heart. Each and every staff here made us feel so much at home. Thank u Miss Sharleen and the rest of the team for being so kind and generous . We stayed in the garden wing. It was a well equipped ,spacious room. There's ample of activities provided by the hotel. The facilities here are all well maintained and kept clean. The food was good too. Perfect place for families who love nature and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of life. This was by far the best hotel me and my family have stayed in. Thank you for the great experience and hospitality. We will be back surely ! :)

I celebrated my daughter turning 1 and this was the most amazing vacation my family and I have taken. The staff truly made this a memorable trip for my daughters. They will talk about this for ever. I want to personally think the golf cart drivers and the kids club staff. They were amazing and so accommodating. We will be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A lovely resort to finish our tour with, service was excellent and very friendly staff. The Buffet was fantastic with a huge variety to accommodate any nationality and food preferences. Again excellent service from Ahmad and his team. Would highly recommend.

Booked a deluxe garden-wing connecting room for me, my wife and five children. Right from arrival the service at the hotel was top-notch and we felt extremely taken care of throughout. The children especially enjoyed the time at the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast in the morning was also a strong motivation to wake up at 6am. While there was a minor hygiene issue on the last day, the staff service recovery was extremely good and we highly commend the front desk manager Sylver for his dedication to his work.
