Spacious, Clean, and Friendly! I recently stayed at SGI Vacation Club Hotel in Melaka, and while the experience was generally positive, there are a few things to keep in mind. Location: The hotel is fairly close to the main attractions and within walking distance. That said, walking distance is subjective—if walking isn’t your thing, you might prefer accommodations closer to the markets and other popular spots. Taxis are an option, but be prepared for potential delays due to Melaka's frequent traffic jams. Room and Facilities: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. However, the walls were a bit thin—we could hear a phone alarm vibrating from another room, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Amenities: Drinking water is provided via a central water cooler on the third floor, which also dispenses warm water. While convenient for refilling bottles, it might be less ideal for those who prefer having bottled water in their room. Service: The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Final Thoughts: SGI Vacation Club Hotel is a great choice if you value clean, spacious accommodations and friendly service. However, the thin walls and the water cooler setup might not suit everyone. Depending on your preferences for location and ease of transportation, this could either be a convenient or slightly inconvenient choice.

We got upgrade to suite and we love the room so much. The room has 2 toilets. Was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Located at very strategic location in middle of lots of attractions. The front desk staff also was very friendly and professional. They allowed us to check out a bit later cuz our room was prepared a bit late. Just the parking is limited tho.

The location is slightly off from Dataran Pahlawan, but still within walking distance to both Dataran Pahlawan and Jonker Street. It's situated near two secondary schools and a residential area, so parking can be a bit tricky if you arrive late. That said, it's totally worth it. The hotel looks newly opened ,everything feels fresh, smells good, and has an exclusive vibe inside. The room is clean and cozy, with a firm yet comfy bed. The bathroom is modern and stylish too. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The entire hotel is well-maintained, clean, and smells nice. If you're coming to Melaka and want a budget-friendly stay that still feels comfortable and nice, this hotel is definitely a great choice!

Loved the place. The room and bath is quite big and also kept very clean. The staff was courteous. Central location near to the main square and walkable surroundings. Enjoyed my stay!
