It was so hard to pick a hotel as there are so many options, but we found a great one. It’s in a great location but slightly off the main area near the lake so it is much quieter than many others one of our group stayed in. The service was excellent. Every one of the staff was so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are having a good experience . We stayed three nights. We enjoyed the happy at their sky bar twice . The breakfast and staff were excellent. They helped us arrange transport to and from the hotel and that worked perfectly. We also did our laundry there for a. Very reasonable price. 80.000 VND per kg. Highly recommend this hotel. I forget to take photos of the room but they were comfortable.

What a great experience staying at the Scent Hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious, and the spa massage is awesome. No need to goto the street for massage, the Scent is way better and safer. I'd like to throw out there a big thanks to Flora for her making us feel so welcome ? ❤️.

The staffs were extremely polite and friendly! Tu and Steve accommodated to all my requests! Infact, they even gave me a room upgrade! The room was clean and spotless! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were spotless! Had an incredibly comfortable rest even just for 1 night! Will definitely recommend!

Great location in old town Hanoi. Many famous places just in walking distance. This is way more than what you pay for — the service and food are exceptional. Breakfast was the highlight of our mornings. The staff were always so kind and even made us amazing iced coffee — it felt just like home. Lastly, the hotel staff(Julia,Anna)offered outstanding customer service. Whether it was arranging airport transfers or suggesting travel plans, they helped us with such kindness and sincerity that we always felt safe and cared for.

Super hotel and the staff are incredible. The breakfast was very good for this price point and the room clean and comfortable. The 4 star is only because the bathroom shower could do with an upgrade but everything else is super, the rooms are good sized and it’s tru that the property is on a quiet corner but very central in the old town. I was here for business but id recommend it for both business and leisure.
