Floor to ceiling windows Clean and well designed Black out curtains, Electronic safety box , small refrigerator, large closet with six hangers, Fast WiFi , 4 x bottle water, plenty of toiletries, plush towels, quality bath/shower gels , rain shower and handheld spray. Comfortable queen medium firm mattress with 4 x king pillows and quality linens. Very good sleep Lovely large buffet breakfast. Something for everyone. Enjoyed and make your own herbal tea section Coffee is bland. Pros: ??? All the above Nice pool for families Centrally located near restaurants , street food , 24 hours stores , movie theaters, banks , malls and money changers 15 min walk to Chinatown Cons: ??? Air con emits strong glue or paint odor from 11:00-16:00 hours everyday . Maintanace checked , but No resolution. The toxic smell is apparent throughout my stay and in the hallway. Plastic electric kettle emits burning plastic smell when heating water . Gym has ancient equipment. Needs replacement Elevators are slow, due to Crowds every weekend for government events. Very satisfying stay. Staffs are friendly and professional, food are amazing. We checked in comfortably and the front desk staff Nandya was very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay there again when we travel to Jakarta.

Stayed one night at this hotel, I was little skeptical at first but glad i decided to go for it. Check-in staff was helpful and friendly, room little small but very clean. Breakfast was good, great food selection which cater for both local and international. Also need to mentioned staff who prepared food behind the noodle counter was very friendly (sorry i didn't get the name but who was on in the morning of March 8th). One minor issue, the wait staff at the restaurant will not let me bring a little glass of milk out, I explained to him it was for coffee in my room as i don't like using creamer, totally understand rule is rule :) Great and central location, shopping center and restaurants are within walking distance, literally just around the corner
