The hotel is alright. Nice and clean, staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is really close to petaling street, you can do some market shopping there. Breakfast could have a wider selection, especially for European tourists, but we could manage. The pool is present, it's nice. "Gym" doesn't exist, it's just a tiny room with one "bench".. Back to the location of the hotel - well positioned but there are unfortunately homeless people right in front of the neighbouring building. They looked harmless but if you are a lady on your own, I would be cautious. All in all we had a nice stay, the hotel on its own is fine.

We had booked through Agoda and unfortunately the agent had double booked the room and there wasn't another one available. While my wife and I were disappointed we understood that it wasn't the fault of the hotel and the hotel manager Mohd Syafiq handled the situation with a high level of professionalism and found another room within the hotel that suited our needs. What began as a frustrating beginning of our stay here turned into a lovely getaway experience mostly thanks to how this hotel manager was solution focussed and treated their guests with top-notch customer service. Can't recommend highly enough!

Overall my stay was great, not sure why some people give 1 star complaining about the surroundings. You can't have better location if you want to enjoy local life. Staff was good. My room was clean and the bed amazingly comfortable. The swimming pool, was cute and nice view in the evening. Sadly the water was way too cold for my personal taste. I wouldn't personally advertise the gym as it was just one treadmill in a corner and a bench. Very depressing but personally i wasn't going to use it. I don't give 5 stars only because i think breakfast could be better and more consistent. Some days options were empty, and not refilled. Not many fruits options as well that i don t think in this country should be a problem, Good point was the eggs made on demand. Overall for the price i don't think you can have better. I would definitely come back.
