Thank you peach and your team for super service. Wonderful room service everyday, smiling and happiness, breakfast and good beds. And then it make me really happy that you try to do a different by using towels more than 1 time. Both my girlfriend and I was so happy to stay at sandy house. It was silence in the night and only 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants ?

I really like this place. It's quiet not too far from a lot of eating spots. If you're riding a motorcycle like me, there are ample spots for parking inside the house. Room and amenities were an absolute value for money. Well done Sandy House

Close to Rawai beach (200m) but in a quiet street. Great value (off-season prices), quiet, clean, well serviced. Breakfast included, scooters for rent. I will look them up again.

Currently staying here and I absolutely love the location and the whole place is gorgeous. As it’s my first time in Thailand I wanted to be close to the beach and this place is right next to it so defo if you love the beach I will highly recommend it I really like how chill it is here. The staff are so lovely I can cry. It’s such a nice change from the U.K. either way I’m loving my stay and hope you do too

?❤️⭐Sandy House is the epitome of GOOD, FRIENDLY THAI ACCOMMODATION! It's the perfect location to stay in Rawai and indeed southern Phuket. Close to the main coast road it's super convenient for getting around either on foot OR you can even hire a scooter from them at a super competitive price. We paid just 200Baht per day which is well below the average AND even though we only stayed 4 days, we were able to rent the bike for 2 weeks. When we booked we could only get 4 nights as they were fully booked by however, had they had more we definitely would've stayed longer. It's also really close to the Rawai stop on the Phuket Smart Bus route which makes getting to and from the airport really cheap at just 100Baht per person. NAT on reception has great English which means no Google translate needed and the entire staff and family are sooooo friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, a comfy clean bed, in a spacious room, small but really cold fridge, large bathroom with shower and basic toiletries and a TV with Netflix. AWESOME WIFI They also provided a simple breakfast of toast, butter, jam, fruit juice AND a few slices of fresh melon for free which was a welcome surprise. In addition they have complimentary tea and coffee, a microwave, hot water urn for your dried noodle snacks and a few cookies. The outside area is really comfortable, each block of rooms (3) has a common space with comfy chairs and somewhere to dry your clothes after a day on the beach. Plenty of plants and a couple of greenhouses make it feel like you're miles away from the bustling coast road. Plenty of convenience stores, bars and restaurants, massage shops and street food around and a spit from Rawai Pier where you can get boat trips to all the usual places, Krabi, Bamboo Island, PhiPhi, Ao Nang and Koh Lanta. Reception closes at 6pm but you can get in contact really easily if there an emergency as they live onsite. Cats - so they have 8 very beautiful and clearly very well looked after Maine Koon cats that also live onsite, they are tied up through the day (on super long leashes), if you love cats it's a dream and if you don't they can't approach you due to the leash so win win! They also offer day, week and month long rates which we would definitely do if we come back to Phuket. I gave the rooms a 4 because the bathroom could do with a bit of a facelift, not dirty just some mould stains which are difficult to manage in a humid and tropical country. OVERALL - I would recommend Sandy House to anyone staying in southern Phuket and looking for affordable, homely and comfortable accommodation.
