Spent 5 nights at the Sands, best experience of my life. Amazing concierge and room staff. I must give credit to Alpha Zheng who took time to make us feel welcome. The concierge staff were amazing as a whole. managers would take time out of their days to show you around the hotel and the rooms were immaculate. Would recommend

The service provided was truly remarkable, particularly by Mr. Gaspar Wong and his colleagues at the front desk, who were extremely friendly and attentive to every detail of my needs. I encountered some challenges with my card, and I was deeply impressed by the staff's patience and swift assistance in resolving the issue. Their professionalism and warm demeanor turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and worry-free process. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Gaspar Wong for his outstanding support. Not only did he create a welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning, but he also went above and beyond by personally ensuring my luggage was taken to my room and thoughtfully arranged. The exceptional hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction assuredly set your hotel apart. It is with great eagerness that I anticipate my next visit to Macau, as I am eager to experience this unparalleled service again.

The room was very luxurious same as the online. Very clean, and the view from my room was the best. Coming back for sure.

Best Experience! My stay at this hotel was pretty solid overall. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything I needed for a good stay. (The amenities, like the gym were nice and well-maintained, adding to the experience. Breakfast had a decent selection. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh, and overall, the hotel delivered a solid experience. A few small tweaks could make it even better, but I’d definitely consider staying here again.
