Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Nice lobby area, Decent breakfast buffet. There was no shower gel in my shower, so I called reception. They did not fill it the next day, and I checked out the day after that. Huge lines in the lobby at checkout. It took 20 minutes. Magnificent location! I would stay here again.

Very,pleasantly surprise. Booking for room including full buffet breakfast cheap so wasn't expecting the best. However lovely clean room with view of Auckland Harbour. Really good city location. OMG bed so comfy and some other guests agreed. And the breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Thrilled to see Black Doris Plums. HIGHLY RECOMMEND (especially too because of affordability)
