generally the hostel is very nice especially the common areas. the dorm beds would have been better if it has curtains & the upper bunk has more height to sit-up. Squad 3 6-bed dorm is a wee bit too congested.

Great place to stay. Close and walking distance to most of tourists point of interests. Everything is clean, the common area, the bedroom, and the bathroom as well. Water pressure is good, water heater works fine, the light and the power outlet by the bed works flawlessly. If you are staying in the dorm with bunked bed room (not sure if applicable to all room), there's no window but you get a bit of sunlight. Air conditioner in the room can only be turned on between 7pm and 10am, other than that time you can use the fan.

This place is great. It was very quiet while I was there so not the best social scene but it was super relaxing and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Pool is a perk, there's also complimentary instant coffee which is nice. Not the easiest to find something to eat nearby at night so plan accordingly.

We love the location..walking distance to Jonker Street vicinity, Mahkota Parade and the other side local market. Nestled in a quiet street, the building is just beside a quiet public park.
