We really enjoyed the stay at your hotel. It was at a really good location next to the City Botanical Gardens. I did enjoy a walk in the Botanical Gardens before winding down for the day. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of items. Which was just lovely. The only issue we had was the cleaning and making the bed. We had to ask for the housekeeping staff to come back to our room and clean up some places that were missed. I know your housekeeping is trying their best. No one is prefect.

Thank you so much to Jan Schutt and the very friendly team at Royal on the Park for an absolutely wonderful stay for my wife's birthday. The rooms are beautifully designed with great over the park, there is delicious food in the Walnut Restaurant and the service is outstanding. If you are looking for an experience not just an overnight stay then I thoroughly recommend the Royal!

Loved our trip. Beds very comfy. Had a view of the rear, nothing really to look at, exterior windows cpuld do with a once over. Couple of blocks walk to rail, bus, so whilst not outside its convenient. Staff were friendly. Restaurant expensive, would like to see cheaper options. Exterior pool lovely. Would return.

We had a lovely stay at Royal on the Park in Brisbane. This was our first stop on a month long holiday and we are thankful that we started off here. The hotel has a warm, classic feel that made it feel more like a charming old-world hotel from a movie than a modern chain. It’s beautifully maintained and has a quiet elegance throughout, from the lobby to the rooms. The location is unbeatable—right on Alice Street, directly across from the stunning Brisbane Botanical Gardens, which is perfect for a morning walk to have a coffee and relax. It’s also just a short walk from some amazing restaurants and cafes, which made dining out super easy and enjoyable. While the hotel doesn’t feel ultra-modern, that’s part of its charm. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely return. Just shy of a perfect five stars, only because it’s not as flashy or new as some might expect—but if you appreciate style, comfort and location, this place is hard to beat.

Stayed for just two nights, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts delicious. The location was great. Only downside is that the doors are loud when shutting so night two I struggled to sleep due to other guests arrivinv and leabinv there rooms.
