Room and service are great. We tried grand buffet which happens only on last Saturday of the month, and the food was great also. Good selection and quality of food. There are a few location of pools which are nice. Will come back again.

This team has given us so much care and attention to all the details, Top Notch Team. The breakfast is superb and also caters to Indian taste. The indian restaurant has amazing food. The location is extra ordinary. The ocean view from the room is breathtaking. The property is away from the hustle bustle and so peaceful. The rooms are immaculate, classy and comfortable. Had a Fantastic Stay and genuinely rate the hotel more than 5 Stars.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel and the Beach Terrace and was consistently impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and the genuine warmth of every staff member. The accommodations were luxurious and impeccably maintained, offering stunning views and all the amenities one could desire. Whether lounging by one of the pools or savoring the culinary delights at one of the restaurants, every moment felt like a special occasion. What truly sets the Royal Cliff apart from the rest is their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Every request was met with a smile and prompt action, creating a seamless and stress-free vacation. The variety of facilities and activities caters to all ages and interests, ensuring there's never a dull moment. Relaxing on the private beach with a Singha was enough for me! The location is also fantastic, offering breathtaking scenery especially at sunset and easy access to anything you could possibly want or need while staying in Pattaya. Everything was close enough for me to walk to! My experience at the Royal Cliff was nothing short of perfect. It's a true oasis of luxury and tranquility while being in close proximity to a bustling nightlife and countless attractions! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional getaway. I am already looking forward to my next visit! I have to give a personal thanks to all of the staff. They are truly the icing on the cake. They are helpful, polite, pleasant and accommodating and they have set the standard for professionalism! Thank you all! ?

Spent 3 nights here, Beautiful hotel and friendly staff with close access to a private beach, We had a room with a balcony on the 11th floor that had a stunning view. Only bad point for us was no smoking permitted on the balcony, and had to travel down 11 floors to a designated area at the entrance, we later found out they did have smoking room options which were never offered to us upon booking or arrival to the hotel. Also they had an issue taking the room security deposit from my visa card which had worked no problem at 4 other hotels across Thailand this was a little embarrassing for us, this was an issue with their machine not my card as I used the same card later that day again without issue.
