Wonderful greeting at reception with detailed information on facilities and room. Our room was spacious well furnished and clean. It had a safe deposit. They arranged the trip to Halong for us which was fantastic. Good location and would recommend to others.

The staff is so kind and were always aware of our needs. The location is also great, 2 minutes away from hoan kiem lake and closed to the cathedral. We booked our tours with them and they let us leave the room later than expected (because our train to Sapa left at night). Offered us free breakfast the morning we arrived back from Sapa. The room was clean and really comfortable.

Lucy is very friendly and helpful! She managed all our trips! The breakfast (pancake, Phò) was very good. the bed ? was very comfortable! The roommaid made with the towels puppets ( swans ?, elephant ? and a dog ?). We will always remember this beautiful time at Hanoi! Thx Lucy and Team
