It’s a decent place for a fantastic price. It’s very sparse, but it’s in a great location, just a two minute walk to the station and close to the tram stops as well. The hotel has a nice little bit of garden with a hammock where you can take your cup of tea. Patrick, the house manager was lovely.

Really pleasant stay! Great location close to city and botanical gardens short walk away, very clean and tidy. Safe and secure staff really helpful especially the manager Patrick who always went out of his way to help us out

It’s a beautiful house, the informations given by the host are perfectly complete, on the top we have the chance to have a dinner for a few dollars and cooked by the chef Patrick who his really friendly too. With my girlfriend we find the concept of this place really cool and if you want to spend a great time and maybe meet some others travellers, we recommend you to come here.
