Excellent budget hotel! The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and spacious. The WiFi worked well enough for video calls. The staff friendly and check in seamless. It's about 10 mins walk from Sutthisan MRT station from where you can take MRT to Airport Rail (Makasan), Asok or further to Chinatown etc. There is a market on the way from MRT to the hotel where you have a lot of street food selection and no tourists so you get local experience. The market closes quite early though, around 8:30pm, as it mostly seem to cater to office workers around.

I had stayed in Rest@Ratchada for 2 days and I would say that this was the best Hotel I ever stayed. Everything in the room was present. The room was clean and bing and had all the facilities in a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this Hotel

Had a great few days here, room was clean very spacious for the price, wifi didn’t really work but besides that everything else was good, ice cold AC and firm bed which I like. It’s easily walking distance to the BTS making it a great location also had lots of street food near by

Amazing service! ?? Super friendly staff, amazing reception. The room was clean and with coffee making facilities and fridge. Brilliant location!
