Location is good, a bit out of town. The street is quite busy but all safe.

The 'apartment ' is more of a hotel. The kitchen is not really functional.

Theres nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom.  Id suggest someone stay a night from management to see the impractical things for living there long term.

The views are great from the room.

Nasty and super dirty! Full of mold and bugs (ants and cockroaches). Tried several rooms but same issues. I had to leave early because of that. Service staff is nice but does not make a difference when it’s literally bugs and moldy smell everywhere. Disgusting!! Not even soap in bathroom haha.

And yes I know it’s a love hotel, I have stayed at many love hotels because they are cheaper normally. But I have never seen anything like this. Stay clear!!!

Location is great due to proximity of places of interest. First room given began to stink through the kitchen sinks and had an ant infestation on day 2. Moved 2 floors higher to similar room. No longer had issue with smell, but did have more ants. At times front desk was hard to deal with and other times they were great. I guess it depends on who answers the phone. Pool area is really run down and needs new furniture. No towels provided for pool. Restaurant is decent.

We booked this hotel with car parking as I had my Thailand truck with us. The owner of the hotel takes the only parking space inside. So they do not have car parking. They suggested I parked it on the street and it got obliterated by Cambodian New year revellers. Very disappointed in this attitude from the owner. The staff are wonderful and tried everything they could to rectify the situation.

The owner has replied as you can see below. I was told to park the car in front of the hotel by the staff.

You advertise parking on site, on request. We requested it and you confirmed it. And then you did not give us the parking. Adding photos to prove this.

We booked two rooms x 3 nights, can you not read? Your staff asked me to move my truck and i did, and they were happy with the results.

It seems you are the only stupid angry person at the hotel, everybody else is helpful and nice.

Spacious room with ok kitchenette (no microwave), bed was comfortable and quiet. Gym was very good and rooftop pool was basic but nice. Location near night market/river which is convenient. AC works well which is necessary for the very hot weather.
Cleanliness could’ve been better, found stains on sheets/comforter and towels. Also the WiFi was pretty much nonexistent, super slow! Overall ok stay but cheap so good option if you’re on a budget.
