Comfortable and spacious room, good AC, good WiFi and cheap price. Staff don’t speak English but that is to be expected in this area. Good place to stay if you need to visit immigration and renew your visa.

It was the cleanest room, that we had in SE Asia. Really comfortable. The stuff was nice. There is amazing garden and place for sitting (in the past there were coffe). Just around is not a lot to do. And restaurant just were far. Still I recomended go there.

The family room has an upper storey, the size was comfortable but the fixtures e.g. taps, bowls, etc needs some maintenance. In general, it's a budget hotel with basic ammenities which comes expected. However the swaming mosquitoes were a rude surprise.
