Reception is staffed from 8am-8pm, otherwise use their 24hour WhatsApp. I booked a private queen room for myself and it was the perfect size. I really enjoyed having my own bathroom. Everything was very clean and I appreciated the amenities (shampoo, body wash, etc.). The location is very convenient and the staff are very nice. The common area is a nice place to hang out, and the restaurant is nice too. Be warned there is no elevator (common in Asia) so you will have to carry your luggage. Overall I loved this hotel, I will be back.

I admit that "The Printing House" 100 meter away is my favourite place. However "Red Door Heritage Hotel" is an okay alternative if you - like me - love the neighbourhood and Chinatown close by. Stayed there during The Chinese New Year 2025 (entering the year of the snake). The young girls wore festive red uniforms because of this event. Made them appear extra cute, but none of them actually made an effort to add to my costumer experience (i.e. smile, advice or help in any way).

Smooth check in, really nice and cute hotel. Quiet area, many things around the hotel. Shops, restaurants, palaces, night markets,… The room is also very nice and cute. Very clean, the AC worked very well, nice smell in the room. Very near to china town I will come again!! ❤️
