This has to be an exceptional hotel providing top notch services to it's visitors. You get what you paid for !!! The staff is helpful and kind. The cleanliness was impeccable and shuttle services to Haram were timely and excellent. Even this shuttle drivers were kind and helpful. Superb experience and would love to visit again.

The accommodations were really satisfying. Although it's located 2.9km from Masjidilharam it had a shuttle bus waiting for guests in front of the hotel. It's just quite far from the station to mataf. But it's ok since in Ramadan the roads nearby were closed. Everyone needs to walk quite far too. Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel.
