I had a prolonged stay at Ramada while on recovery from major surgery. The staff were exemplary especially Luke, James and Matthew. Thank you for dealing with my constant stream of visitors! The room service staff were also excellent and did their best to accommodate my schedule. The highlight of my stay has to be seeing Lockie the cat every night! Thank you Ramada for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic hotel. We were a bit worried about noise being close to the motorway so we chose a room on the other side, it was absolutely silent, didn't hear a thing all night. We were only staying one night so got the compact king room. It was more than sufficient. So clean and tidy and well appointed. Very central to mall and eateries. Would def stay again.

Great place to stay, seems very newly renovated, modern and clean. Very friendly staff too, and great access to get places as it’s very close to the motorway on-ramp and the mall across the road. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location within walking distance of Westfield Newmarket. Clean rooms very quiet great service undercover parking if required. Definitely recommend.

Impressive - an opportunity for a quick staycation taken & definitely glad we did. This hotel is conveniently located centrally. Nestled in amongst a business and busy school we took the chance to check it out. Accessible and easy to find. We had the One Bedroom Apartment with a Kitchen and necessities of Washer & Dryer. The view was gorgeous & surprisingly even though it’s next to the motorway it was peaceful. Rohid and his team of professionals were all very welcoming & made our stay delightful. Parking was good with allocated park spot. The stay was so good we are returning in a little bit to be close to a performance venue. Thank you very much Rohid and team. Highly recommended being a few minutes walk and ease of popping across to Westfield Newmarket without the hassle of worrying about parking. A must try whanau. Clean, cost & absolutely worthwhile ?
