The hotel is very comforting. All staff members are very nice and courteous, too. This is my first time staying in NYC and I can assure everyone that this area is very safe. Mostly Chinese stores and restaurants, but I love Chinese food of all types, and it doesn't get much better or authentic than here. I want to add that the staff is also very cautious to only let those staying at the hotel inside as well as to ise their very limited parking area for loading and unloading. Many other places around the city don't even consider that. Feeling safe is important to me and I can genuinely say I couldn't have felt more safe and co.fortable staying here. I also loved the bed! Perfect for a sore back. Maybe get a room on a higher floor to get the best hot water if you aren't a super early riser. Jimmy Dodsworth Room 402.

Great location in the middle of Chinatown Flushing, within walking distance of Main St metro (a bit of an incline, though). Breakfast included is a plus. Room could use a microwave and USB charger and desktop level outlets, but it's roomy and clean. We had a great view of Manhattan and La Guardia, but not all rooms do.
