A Luxurious and Family-Friendly Escape at RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast Our stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort in the Gold Coast was nothing short of exceptional—a true five-star experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, setting the tone for a beautifully relaxing getaway. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was tastefully designed with a calming colour palette, elegant artwork, and soft, warm lighting that instantly made us feel at home. One of the most comforting features for us as a young family was the pristine, plush carpet—so soft and clean that I felt completely at ease letting my 18-month-old explore and play freely. It’s a small detail, but it spoke volumes about the level of care and attention throughout the resort. The view from the 19th floor was absolutely breathtaking—a stunning panorama that made every morning feel like a postcard moment. A special highlight was the access to the Executive Lounge, where we enjoyed fabulous breakfasts in a peaceful, refined setting, with attentive staff who made our mornings even more enjoyable. The resort itself offers an impressive variety of entertainment areas and dining options, catering to both adults and children. The pool area was especially vibrant—perfectly balanced between fun and relaxation, with thoughtful amenities for families. Our Gold Coast experience wouldn’t have been the same without this beautiful space. RACV Royal Pines Resort offers not just luxury, but warmth, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality that made us feel truly cared for. We can’t wait to return.

Incredibly good location, wonderful breakfasts, excellent views and quiet whilst sleeping despite lots of families with young children. Bonus there is free carparking within the vacinity and the gym was excellent with three training rooms, large dumbbells and high quality machines. Only complaint was the shower pressure. I had to use the gym shower to wash my hair as the pressure was much too low. Despite this, we will definitely stay there again. Very happy.

A lovely room snd all the facilities were well appointed. Extremely clean and fresh. All staff were efficient snd friendly And the food was reasonably priced and fresh. Great having a laundry room though coin operators are obsolete so be prepared to take plenty of coins as though it says it will operate with a card it didnt for us- coins required. Shopping centre a 5 min walk. Value for money and will certainly book again. Plenty of self parking.

A superb find on the way back from Sydney. We found this as a last minute opportunity but have been exceptionally happy. The weather has been excellent, the pool and facilities are wonderful, especially with children. Breakfast and other dining options are absolutely first class and speaking to others around the pool they’re incredibly happy with both this and others in the chain on a regular basis. Would definitely have spent longer here and look forward to returning again in the future.

Love this hotel! It is such a great place to stay as it has something for everyone. The pool area is really great for kids and having an onsite playground is a bonus too. The gym is fantastic and very well equipped. Our room was modern and had a great view over the golf course and hinterland, it was also very clean. You do need a car if driving into surfers paradise but there are plenty of restaurants to eat onsite too so you don’t have to leave. Can’t wait to stay again!!
