Pat and Domenic made sure our stay was perfect. We were extremely happy with the customer services. I wish more venues trained their staff like this. Rooms are extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Location is perfect.

We just returned from a lovely first stay at Quest Southbank. Dominic was super efficient in checking us in, he upgraded our room which we appreciated immensely. Rooms were very clean, spacious & location was perfect for our needs. They have a mini shop on-site, however there is a cafe/ restaurant next door serving great coffee & food. Keep up the great standards & service, we will return.

Good for the price. Rooms a little dated but large. Nice service. Great to have a washing machine and dryer on a long business trip. I stayed two weekends between business, they kindly moved my room immediately the second visit as something was making a horrendous noise in the room. Gym adequate. Breakfast next door has a special a la carte menu, the vegetarian options were lovely, thanks

The Quest on Southbank, is a great hotel, great position, can walk to anywhere, kitchen is great if you want to cook and fridge is good size, everything was clean, beautiful rooms and outlook, service is fabulous, they come and clean your room everyday. Love just staying in the room. Staff is absolutely lovely, can help you in every way. I have serious sinus issues and the room is absolutely clean because I could breathe freely.

Great location with a short walk to CBD and restaurants. Our 2 bedroom apartment room was spacious clean and well laid out. Main bedroom had ensuite as well as seperate bathroom for the kids in the apartment. Receptionist was very warm and welcoming upon arrival.
