From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. What really stood out to us, however, was the level of customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. They truly made us feel at home. Quest New Quay is a perfect choice. It’s conveniently located, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll certainly be returning on our next trip! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a 3-day/2-night stay and we were very much amazed of how clean and tidy this place is. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything is accessible as the tram station is only a few metres away. There are also good cafes and restaurants around the area and some are open till late hours. Highly recommendable! We had a wonderful stay. We were there for a leisure trip and got a room with a beautiful view of the harbour – the perfect spot to relax. The service throughout was fantastic, and we especially appreciated the extra touches arranged by Matthew, the property manager, which made our stay feel even more special. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did a great job. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent service and the rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable and a modern design. The one bedroom apartment is a great size with handy sofa bed if needed. The location is great with access to the river front for a picturesque walk , cafes, and city entertainment.

Had a fabulous stay at Quest New Quay. Check-in was a breeze with the front desk team greeting us with a friendly smile. I had adjoining rooms which were the perfect layout for my family....hard to find accommodation like this so close to the city. The room was super spacious and SPOTLESS. I really can't fault the facility, service or location. Free tram on your doorstep!
