Definitely five star Firstly the entire staff are really cooperative,helpful and always willing to help out . Secondly, the rooms are neat and clean and comfy . Lastly is the location which is great for everyday activities and work

The place was clean, well-designed, and had a good amount of space. I also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen—it made the stay really convenient. However, despite staying for four days and requesting room service, no one came to clean the room. Overall, I liked everything except the lack of housekeeping during our stay.

The location couldn’t be more convenient—easy access to the city center, airport, car rentals, and public transport. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff provided warm, attentive service that truly elevated our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of Melbourne’s skyline—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. If I were to offer one small note, it would be a wish for a touch more privacy in the master bedroom. That said, this minor detail didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. We also loved being steps away from charming, authentic coffee shops that served delicious brews in cozy settings—a delightful bonus! Thank you, QUEST Hotel, for a memorable stay. We booked alternative accommodation for 3 nights, we lasted an hour at the first place and it was not at all what we thought we were getting, we called Quest and they were more than happy to provide an apartment at such short notice, we moved and extremely glad we did. The tram stops within 50m and we used that to travel all over Melbourne, the views from the 19th floor are absolutely amazing along with the pool. Staff bent over backwards, the whole experience was top notch

very nice stay. stayed here for work. big studio apartments with all necessary cookware, cutlery and utensils. full laundry (washer and dryer). huge balcony. different suites have different layout so room and balcony sizes differ quite a bit.
