The room is clean and only essentials are provided. It's okay for a solo business trip stay, but a bit cramped for two people. There are no additional amenities, and it feels more like an apartment than a hotel, with some people living there permanently. The location is quite inconvenient, making it difficult to access anything on foot, and parking is challenging. Unless there's something specific nearby, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I stayed here for one night, then went to Wellington. This place is good location, not far from Auckland international airport . I didn’t have much time here. But, my experience, this is located in Academic area where there are Universities. It is nice and a lot of car movements. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well done ! I give you 5 stars and recommend for everyone due to nice room and good service

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location right near the university, very friendly and accommodating staff, and overall a very nice and comfortable stay. Hansanee was amazing, very responsive and accommodating with parking. Carlos was great too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Quest Carlaw Park Apartment Hotel! The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and I appreciated how well everything was maintained. Indoor parking was super convenient and easily accessible. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the CBD, shops, and great restaurants. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Great experience, my trip was too short to enjoy it properly. Will definitely be back
