Upon arrival staff were very kind and understanding. The rooms were above my expectation and I appreciated the extra milk in the fridge. One thing that I wasn’t hugely a fan of was the location due as it was a little stressful getting in off queen street and then parking in drop off zone to sort out paid parking there. Although it is very close to many food places and the Auckland Town hall. I appreciate that I haven’t had staff knocking at my door at 9am as I have had happen in other hotels looking to service the room. Overall great hotel!

⭐ Great Stay with Convenient Amenities and Excellent Service We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine—such a huge convenience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that there was no lighting above the shower area, which made it a bit tricky when bathing, but it was a minor issue. We also had a small problem with the washing machine in the room, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They took our clothes and had them washed for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a great experience. The amenities and the spacious room more than made up for the small issues. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Was great we went to an event not far away. Easy to find. Check in was a breeze and parking is included and secure. Would stay again thank you

Excellent customer service, very friendly receptionists. Amenities were all good and working (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, stove) Theres a balcony too.Parking for 30$ a night, super convenient and they allowed us to continue parking for a fee hours even after we checked out. Only complaint is that you can hear the street noise even from the 8th floor.
