Really loved my experience staying here! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is insanely convenient, you’re steps away from the beach, and there’s a grocery store just down the elevator from the lobby. Theres also great shopping and food everywhere surrounding. The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean - bathtub, laundry, kitchen, and balcony were amazing to have. This is a great place to stay if you need a solo beach trip, would also be a lovely romantic getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

What was great: The location is unbeatable—Bondi Beach is literally right across the street, just a quick walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean (10/10), and having a washer-dryer was super convenient. The supermarket downstairs made it easy to grab anything we needed. We also loved the free beach towels and rental surfboards, which made enjoying the beach even easier. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and for our second stay, after contacting QT’s customer service online, they ensured we had a firmer mattress, which made a huge difference. We finally slept well, and they even confirmed that our next booking in four weeks will have the same setup. Huge thanks for that! What could be improved: Early check-in before 3 PM wasn’t possible, which was tough after a 12-hour flight. The mattresses are another issue—during our first stay, we had a mattress that was way too soft and worn out, causing back pain. When we asked the reception for a firmer one, they told us nothing could be done and even mentioned that they regularly receive complaints about the mattresses. Only after reaching out to QT’s customer service directly for our second visit was our request accommodated. This should be addressed as a general improvement, as it seems to be a common issue. If the hotel upgrades its mattresses across all rooms, it would truly be perfect!

Such a great idea experience here!! The person at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and warm. The room was better than we expected and the bed was out-of-this-world comfortable. I’d literally come back here just to sleep.

Love the laid back atmosphere of QT Bondi - Spacious stylish light filled room, super comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. Mini kitchen if needed, great mini bar and the boogie boards bikes and surfboards at the foyer. Great friendly staff at front desk with local recommendations.
