Recently stayed at the Pullman Hyde Park. The location was amazing and so was the room. The bathroom layout could do with a little work as it was semi outdated, however the rest of the room was great. Had complimentary breakfast as I am Platinum Accor, however, we really didnt feel like eating so didnt (that’s why I have no photos of it). Got upgraded to a Park view room and also received late checkout which was amazing. I will definitely stay here again next time I require accommodation in the city. Staff were absolutely amazing also. I forgot my cards there and they were really efficient with getting them back to me.
Excellent stay. Incredible location. Having a parking option in the city centre was great. Check-in reception staff were very accommodating. Room was beautiful with great views, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Housekeeping staff member for floor 16 on 21st april (lovely lady wearing Hijab) was exceptional and went above and beyond for us, and was extremely polite.
I recently stayed at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park and overall had a wonderful experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from my room – waking up to the beutiful skyline was truly memorable. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, and I had requested specific pillows in advance – they absolutely delivered on that front, adding a touch of pure luxury to my sleep. The staff were exceptional – helpful, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. I did need to request slippers as they were missing on arrival, and my dressing gown was taken on the second day (fortunately there was a spare), but both issues were resolved promptly and politely. One practical downside was the lack of drawers for clothing – storage was limited, which made unpacking for a few days a bit tricky. The only real downside was the lift situation. I understand the elevators were undergoing refurbishment, but at times it meant lengthy waits of 5–10 minutes – especially frustrating when only one lift was in service and often full. It’s a temporary issue, but something to be aware of if you're planning a stay in the near future. That said, the comfort, location, and level of service make this hotel an easy choice for future visits. I would definitely stay again.
The hotel is fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Less than a ten minute walk to almost everything you need while sightseeing, close to public transport and lots of food options close by. Our room was ready before we got there and we were able to check on early, which was greatly appreciated. We had the double room, which was very spacious with large comfortable beds. We loved that we had a direct view of the ANZAC Memorial (pictured below). The only "complaint" I would have is that one of the elevators was out of order and considering the size of the hotel, it would take a while to go up or down. I will definitely be booking with Pullman again.
Awesome stay made awesome by the guy who checked me in. Assisted my stay and checked me out on departure. Can I say something about breakfast? The bread to cut by knife at breakfast is the best bread I’ve ever enjoyed. Who supplies it I wonder. But it’s so good I had 3 slices a day n would never eat more than one.
