My family of four had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom deluxe apartment with a fabulous view of the bridge. I am so happy we chose this hotel as our stay in Sydney. We also had an amazing experience in their bar one evening. It was a beautiful night and they opened the sliding windows. The views and ambiance were top notch! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. We stepped out of the hotel and were in the midst of the action. Plenty of restaurants and shops steps away. Hotel is very close to the opera house, the rocks, public transportation and downtown. It is located an easy walk from Darling Harbour for more attractions and restaurants. This is a true apartment: living room, dining room, kitchen, separate bedroom, even a washer and dryer. David at the front desk provided excellent service. You can't go wrong staying at this property.

We were lucky enough to win a stay at your magnificent hotel. We normally could only afford to stay for a special occasion. We were able to upgrade to this room with a view of the harbour bridge, circular quay and the international terminal. What a treat! We just sat on the balcony looking at the harbour activities for ages. While we waited for the room to be ready, we had lunch at your excellent restaurant - always a treat there. As Accor members, the cost is reduced. Love it!

We had a room overlooking circular quay and a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and a view of the Crown Princess ship that was in the Harbour and at night the lights were spectacular. They had a practice run for vivid Sydney and it was even more spectacular. During the day the unending ferries going up and down the Harbour showed how busy Circular Quay is. At times we would have a visit from some parrots and also Corella's which is very unusual for a big city. A great way to end a trip before heading home.

The customer service is next level. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful. The apartment is perfect, clean and well set up, the beds are really comfortable. The views are incredible. We have stayed at a lot of spots around Sydney but will only stay here from now on. It is in a class of its own in terms of location, views, rooms and especially the people.
