The hotel is in a great location with a five-minute walk to Kyoto Omiya Subway Station. It’s easy to go anywhere. The facilities are new, and there are convenience stores nearby. The hotel also has two coin-operated washer-dryer machines (very busy). Rooms on higher floors offer a nice view. The only downside is that room sizes cannot be selected, and the rooms are quite small—larger suitcases cannot be fully opened. Overall, high recommended.
My stay here was good. The room sizes are slightly larger than other cities. Only thing is washer and dryer got hogged by people when I was there but no big deal. I'm really impressed by the room, especially the shower, basin and toilet that is separated. Also need to amenities kit during winter
Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was not just comfy, it was *cleverly* comfy. Full-length mirror? Check. Mini fridge? Yep. Separate bathroom and toilet? Genius. And the best part — the sink was in the little hallway, so while my friend was in the shower, I could do my skincare routine like a queen. Total time-saver! The place looks fresh and stylish — clearly a recent renovation, and it shows. Loved the cozy lighting zones, and the table with two stools was a nice touch. Everything in the room just *made sense*. Bonus points for the fluffy slippers and the complete toiletry set (shower gel, conditioner, shampoo — they didn’t miss a thing). And downstairs? You can grab pajamas, a toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, even a hairbrush. Basically, if you forgot something — they’ve got your back. The only little downside was the frosted window — you can’t really see outside, which made us a bit curious about what’s out there. But hey, more privacy, I guess! Highly recommend if you like comfort with smart design and thoughtful extras!
Rooms are great size and very new. Services were good with a laundry room and free breakfast (very basic though, just a cheap sandwich and coffee). Location is good, just 10-15’ to city center from nearby bus/metro and easy to go to Bamboo forest with tram. They receive luggage but don’t send it to other hotels which is a bit inconvenient
