I am reducing the star by one due to the security cannot be reasoned with. We were riding a motorcycle at that time and my husband was just about to drop me off at the lobby due to many luggages we had which is quite a hassle to be carried from the parking lot. But they didn’t listen and kept on forbid us to pass the drop off and told us to go to the basement. We were quite disappointed at that time as we saw other motorcycle can pass but not us. However, the front desk service is great, breakfast is like five stars hotel with the multiple options! Location is in the center of Mataram, the rooftop pool is amazing, we get to chill there with the stunning view of Lombok!

we loved our stay! felt like we could completely reset during our long travel. only the gym has no AC. the pool was amazing with the view and you hear all the mosques at the same time which is a very special experience! lovely staff and good breakfast. would come back any time e

Beautiful views of the city of a thousand Mosques. Be sure to check out the view from the pool. Staff is sooo nice, polite, helpful and friendly. Such a wonderful place to stay.

The rooms is good. A lot of food options they offer on the breakfast. The pool in the rooftop was incredible, view of Mataram City. The only thing is the location. A bit difficult to find a food and mini-mart near Hotel, need to walk around 1.5 - 2.5 km. But luckily the room service food price reasonable. When you hungry, the food is on your finger tip. Overall is good..

Very Nice hotel, friendly service, great rooms, super fast wifi. Enough vegetarian options at breakfast, but coffee not so good. Unfortunately still a lot of single use plastic, hard to refill your water bottle and they usually just give another plastic bottle. From a nice hotel like this, more sustainable should be expected.
