The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. The use of an iron and ironing board was very good. Excellent breakfasts each morning. As it was International Women's Day when we went down for breakfast, my daughter and I were presented with a beautiful single white rose. The only negative was that the toilet didn't always flush properly and the windows didn't open, so there was a slight musty smell. Would definitely stay here again when visiting London. The area surrounding the hotel is very clean and lovely to walk around with shops and restaurants nearby. Hight standards, as always at this premier inn, was a delight

Had a lovely easter bank Holiday stay here. Comfortable rooms although you can't open any windows so was a little bit musty and stuffy. Staff were lovely and helpful especially Ranga who was very friendly. Breakfast was very enjoyable and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again if we take a trip to London again as the location is perfect.

I had a very nice stayat the Premier Inn Victoria. The hotel was incredibly clean, the bed was super comfy and slept like a baby. The staff were nice, polite and professional, and that made the whole experience even better! Service was honestly top quality. The food was good too, delicious and filling. I mean, I couldn’t really complain about anything. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Good location but the hotel is overdue a refurbishment and a paint down. Breakfast was ok but expensive. Our room was over £200 a night. To be honest I felt it was not the best value. However the staff were lovely and offered great friendly service. They did what they could to make my stay the best they could

Comfy bed. Room was tired with staining on the walls and leaking shower. Good size though. Overall a typical 3 star but the location was a few mins walk from Victoria so can’t complain too hard. Just needs to be a bit cheaper with the room quality
