The rooms are so comfortable and snug. The TVs are smart and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. At breakfast we were served by Ray and he was wonderful. Helped us talk to chef and get extra food when needed. Was so quick to help and lovely to talk to. Thank you Ray
I stayed at Premier Inn London Tolworth Hotel for almost 15 days during a work trip. The hotel is open 24/7, and check-in/out is automated through self-service machines at the entrance, which is convenient. However, note that early check-in before 3:00 PM costs £40, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. One major limitation is that the system doesn’t allow bookings longer than 14 days. If you plan to stay longer, you’ll need to make multiple bookings and try to speak with someone at the office to keep the same room. Otherwise, you risk having to move rooms and dealing with deactivated key cards. Security is well managed, but cleaning services are a weak point. Rooms are not cleaned automatically—you have to specifically request it at reception, which is often unstaffed. I usually had to ring a bell or find someone in the restaurant to pass on messages. Even when I requested a full room clean, bed sheets were not changed once in 15 days, and carpets were never vacuumed. They only emptied bins, provided fresh towels, and did a quick bathroom clean. For a hotel stay, better cleaning standards are expected. The hotel is suitable for business travellers who don’t mind basic amenities and minimal frills. It could significantly improve by addressing the 14-day booking restriction and cleaning service inconsistency. Parking is free for up to 3 hours, and the restaurant is open from 7 AM, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We stayed at this hotel for one night to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The staff here could have not been more welcoming and helpful, especially Ray and Robin. We had dinner which was very nice, and at the end the staff came out with a birthday treat and sang happy birthday to our little Millie, which made her day and made our stay very special. A big, big thank you to the team at this site! ?
We live nearby so we decided to try the breakfast in this Premier Inn. The breakfast room is bright and clean. Foods are replenish regularly and most importantly sausage and hash browns are prefectly cooked. We have been to quite a few Premier Inn hotels and this is definitely one of the better one, highly recommended.
I had breakfast at Premier Inn on Father’s Day and was really impressed. Robyn and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were nice little touches to mark the occasion. The buffet was generous and well-stocked, full English options were hot and fresh, and there was a good selection of pastries, fruit, cereals, and drinks for the kids. The atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly, and the service was efficient without feeling rushed. All in all, a great start to the day and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
