My stay at Prague Hotel was overall pleasant, though there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The location is definitely one of its strongest points. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they felt a bit basic compared to what I expected. The amenities were adequate, but a little more attention to detail—such as updating the décor or improving soundproofing—would make the experience even better. The staff was friendly and polite, but there were occasional delays when it came to fulfilling requests or providing assistance. That said, they did their best to ensure guests were taken care of, which I appreciated. Breakfast was OK, with a fair variety of options, though nothing particularly stood out. It was sufficient to start the day, but there’s room to elevate the quality and presentation. Overall, Prague Hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced and centrally located accommodation. While it doesn’t offer a luxurious experience, it’s a practical option for travellers seeking convenience and comfort.
Good hotel, the location was very good. I would recommend to go for a room with a window though because we had one without a window and it made the room smell a little musty/damp. But if you wanna stay at a good location with kind people I would definitely go for this!
Great central location, staff very helpful and accommodating. As has been mentioned the air-conditioning was (thankfully) very effective, though the mini-bar fridge could have been much colder. Great TV that I was able to watch some YouTube on, or Chromecast from my Samsung phone. Bathroom and shower were clean if not in need of a bit of a facelift (I hate not having a soap holder in the shower). Bed was a bit hard for my tastes, but that's a personal preference, and I was woken at 4am(?) by club music (?) below (2nd floor, room 205) on a Wednesday morning! Great veggie/vegan food across the road, which was good as veggie breakfast options at Prague were limited. But for a clean, comfortable and convenient stay, I'd have no problems recommending Prague for a few nights in Saigon.
Location is great, you’re right in the middle of the action as well as nice to be able to chill in their swimming pool as for rooms it’s hit and miss for being clean and no cockroach, first time we stayed 3 nights it was fine no wet smell in rooms and no cockroaches we stayed on 7th floor but second time we stayed on 1st floor and we had bed smell and saw few cockroaches big size too. If we ever return I would make sure to stay on higher floors.
