Good location, very comfortable beds, very clean and good bathroom. The staff was so kind and so helpful. We made aromatic oil massage. It was so relaxing and good. The rooftop bar has amazing view. There was lots of options and good food at the breakfast . You can walk to the Palas in 15 minutes .

The hotel was generally excellent. Very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with lots of variety. My only issue was that I had a room below the lounge on the top floor and was regularly woken up during the night by the staff moving tables and chairs to clean it. One night I went to reception at 2am to ask if they could be quiet but they didn't seem to understand my concerns. So I would recommend this hotel but be aware if you are on the 21st floor.

My stay at this hotel was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The room was simple but very clean and well-organized. I appreciated the comfortable bed, fresh towels, and strong air-conditioning — perfect after a long day out. The location is another big plus. The hotel is close to everything you need: shops, cafes, and local attractions. I was able to walk to most places, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well during my entire stay, which was important for me to stay connected with family and check travel details. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel felt very safe, and the environment was peaceful — ideal for relaxing. I’m really happy I chose this place, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good value, comfort, and excellent service.

Stayed here the last three days of a 2 week trip to Cambodia. Was great! Most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful even without being asked to help. Has many amenities that can have you here doing stuff for a whole day. The rooms were nice, ours had two beds one bath, one balcony. To use the amenities in the room, you will have to leave the room card in a slot. When you leave the room it’ll turn everything off. All in all very great place to stay.
