Before booking this property, we were skeptical due to the numerous negative ratings. However, considering the hotel’s convenient location in Colombo, we decided to take a chance. To our surprise, the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. The hotel manager, Chathura, was particularly remarkable for his humility and dedication to providing excellent service. After checking out, we decided to do some shopping before our flight. Upon returning, we found a cozy place to rest and freshen up before our departure. The location and service were truly amazing. The hotel was neat and clean, but there’s room for improvement in the breakfast offerings.

Lovely Hotel in the Colombo city near the Old city. Easily accessible to railway and bus station from hotel. Walking distance to Pettah Market. Good service and room was well maintained. You could keep your luggage for few hours in their locker after check out. Really love their hospitality and buffet breakfast was good.

it is near the lotus tower so we had a chance to see it at night. we also had a great buffet breakfast. the room is very spacious and very organized but the toilet area smells a little. overall, we had a great experience in here though. thank you!

clean room great central location. staff very friendly and helpful. perfect for our short stay in colombo. after checking out we were able to store our luggage and relax in the lobby area (sorry we didn’t have time to drink our juice in the end)
