Beautiful interior and lovely view of the Convention Centre. Super close to everything in Broadbeach which was fabulous. Awesome gym and indoor and outdoor pool access, great access for all those who book the Phoenician. Lastly, the receptionist that we interacted with multiple times, was at time difficult to deal with as she prevented as from asking for basic needs. I would like this to be looked in further.

Had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, apartment was huge, friendly people at the pool and great location. only slight negative is the $5 non refundable charge for a beach towel. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Good apartments. Possibly the best indoor heated pool I’ve ever seen. Not crowded, can actually swim in it. Very nice indoor spa. Outdoor pool is nice too.

Hi...I only had a chance to write this review now..My experience was few years back when my late father in law came to stay for 3 months every year from NZ. He came every winter so we come to visit him whenever we can since we both working & live an hour away. Most weekends we will be staying here with him. We love driving up from Brisbane spending time here is so convenient to the shops, restaurants, shopping centres also beaches ( one of the beautiful beaches in the world ⛱️ Gold Coast) 5 minutes drive to my favourite shopping centre Pacific Fair..you could just walk across the road to t The Star Casino and I could see the convention centre from our room since our room have got the view of the Gold Coast highway ???

Thankyou Di at reception Stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. Room was great and did not need the car at all during our stay as everything is at your doorstep. Heated pool and sauna. Big thankyou to "Di" for making our booking seamless and the room selection. Will stay again regards Craig H.
