Context, I have traveled across 5 continents and stayed in low to very premium hotels. Here: Loved the place! The location is great to walk in the neighborhood and get to some of the sights. Nice little cafes and good restaurants close by. Our room was a good size, everything very clean, the mattress and the pillows were on the upper end of what I have experienced. Good minibar, free water, everything works and AC regulation actually gives you the temperature you want and not just freezing cold or hot. The staff was absolutely fantastic, super helpful, very friendly in a non intrusive way. The breakfast is good, everything tastes really well, fresh and a decent selection of Asia and western options. Rooftop is nice for a drink (skip the bar food) and the restaurant is excellent. We didn’t use the spa or pool. Overall, I will recommend this place and would go back - even though I rarely go to the same place twice. Thank you to the team ???

Annie is a very enthusiastic and dedicated server. She warmly greeted us during breakfast and made us feel very welcome with her friendly attitude. Her service was attentive and thoughtful—she always checked in kindly to see if we needed anything else and genuinely cared about our dining experience. I truly believe Annie is an outstanding staff member. She left a great impression on me and made my stay at the hotel even better. As a first-time visitor to Vietnam, she really helped make my experience a wonderful one. Thank you, Annie!

This hotel is designed with elegance and style. From the moment you arrive, they treat you like your the only guest in the world. They are attentive and pay attention to every detailed step of your experience throughout your stay. I would recommend this beautiful, luxurious hotel nestled away in the heart of the Old quarter making it walkable to everything you need. The buffet breakfast is outstanding quality and the food is displayed beautifully, so you just want to dive into all the food they have to offer. The spa is lovely and there is a rooftop pool and bar. Overall my experience was so great I have no intention of staying anywhere else when I return to this amazing country!

Peridot Grand exceeded all expectations! Our room was elegant and spotless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The spa was outstanding, the best massage we’ve ever experienced in our travels. The ambiance was peaceful, and the therapist was highly skilled. If you’re looking for luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service, this is the place. Can’t wait to return! They said Hanoi is a “Tired City”, then you must consider this hotel to De-Stress?
