My one week trip in Jakarta was bumped up to the next level with my stay at PARKROYAL! Everything from the top notch service, wonderful shuttle service, to even the beautiful rooms up in the sky was wonderful and it made me feel like home. The location of the hotel itself was parked within the vicinity of the hotspots such as Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and so much more (it was also super convenient that Agora Mall was right beside the hotel and the mall had so many good food options ⭐️) Thank you to Jo, Laura and Yoka for making our stay so special with their attentive service! This will definitely be a repeat the next time we visit Jakarta ♥️

Stayed in here for a day, but experience is unforgettable.. The room is apartment set up.. so the room have, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and also have dinning table. Stayed in 2 bed rooms, with 2 children, one baby and one toddler. Staff are friendly and helpful Location is also good as its walking distance to shopping centre.

Great hotel for staycation… new furniture, clean room with complete amenities. Best quality of liquid soap with fresh fragrance in barhroom. Great breakfast with varied food menu. They serve latte and cappuccino with coffee machine too. Near big mall. But limited space for parking.

We had an amazing stay at Park Royal with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, well designed with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to dine in when the kids were tired after a long day of activities in Jakarta and Bogor. The kids even became PenPals with Iskandar, the talented housekeeping who made animals and cartoon characters out of towels. The breakfast spread was also delicious although a bit limited. All the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Vera who greeted and chatted with us during breakfast. We will definitely be coming back again!

Booked the room in the middle of the night as i was switching from the previous hotel from ancol and was so happy there were rooms available. Really a solid upgrade. When arrived was also given a free room upgrade. Service was excellent. Room was amazing, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom and soaps provided exceed my expectations Breakfast was nice. Will come back again. Only issue which isn’t rly an issue was the pool was abit cold considering we are on the 70 smth floor. Highly suggest a heated pool. But anyway service was amazing there was hotel staff on standby prepared cakes n fruits after our swim.
