If you're looking for a quiet getaway, away from the city's chaos, Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan is the ideal place. We wanted an isolated, peaceful stay with little human interaction, and this resort provided just that. Our private pool villa was the perfect escape, where we spent most of our time soaking in the water. The WiFi inside the hotel was smooth, making it easy to stay connected. However, outside the resort, a local SIM card is essential for hassle-free communication. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The pool was clean and well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, making it feel like a hidden tropical oasis. Every morning, we were greeted by pink and champagne-colored flowers, adding to the serene atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hotel’s activities, including bicycles and e-bikes, which were provided with ease. One minor inconvenience was the air-conditioning fan mode, which had a faint musty odor when turned on. However, the bed was cozy, the bathtub was spotless, and the furniture was minimal yet functional, ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and payments using YouTrip card were seamless inside the hotel, though we did face connectivity issues outside. One thing we couldn't experience this time was the low-tide sand walk, where the ocean retreats, allowing visitors to walk far into the seabed. This unique sight is now on our to-do list for our next visit! Overall, this trip was a memorable experience, and we are already looking forward to returning to enjoy more of what Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan has to offer!

The private pool in every villa is really a bonus point for this resort! Villa is spacious, plenty of places to chill and relax, to get away from the busy city life. They provided free pick-up and transport to the port, and some free shuttle buses to the nearby commercial area for lunch and dinner. We were quite satisfied with our stay there!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Bintan to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service from the ferry terminal, it made our arrival so smooth. The spa treatments were incredibly relaxing, and we also loved the fun activities offered, especially the promotions for ATV, scooty rides, and archery. The food was great, and the overall vibe of the place was peaceful and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back again ❤️

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by the staff, picking up upon our arrival at the ferry terminal. We had read about the open-concept bathroom attracting bugs at night, but to our surprise, everything was clean and there were no issues at all. The villa struck a perfect balance between being close to nature and offering the comfort of a luxury resort. What really stood out was the service — the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and efficient, making it easy to arrange anything we needed during our stay. Although the resort is on the quieter side with limited entertainment options, it was exactly what we were looking for in a peaceful escape. The private pool was perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The in-house taxi service was also very convenient and made exploring the island hassle-free. All in all, Pantai Indah Lagoi provided a serene and luxurious retreat with top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a restful break.
