Highly recommend the Pan Pacific. Stayed in a 2 bed suite with two teenagers for a week and everything suited all of our needs. Great central location, surrounded by food and shopping. Buffet breakfast excellent. Pool, gym and lounge facilities great. The room itself was so clean and comfortable. Some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve experienced. Completely sound and light-proof. Really appreciated having kitchen and the washer & dryer facilities.

We stayed for four nights and really appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, within walking distance of nearly all the major shopping malls. The only downside was the breakfast area, which felt a bit cramped and could be better organized. One surprising observation was that some guests used the swimming pool while wearing regular clothes like shirts and pants. While this isn't directly the hotel's fault, it might be worth implementing clearer guidelines for pool attire to maintain hygiene and standards. It's a bit disappointing to see that some guests still lack basic etiquette in shared facilities. That said, overall we were happy with our stay and would consider coming back.

Arrived at 7pm for our check-in and found out that our room was not available due to an electrical check. Farrah at the reception was very apologetic and trying to find alternatives. Managed to find another room and those few minutes of waiting, she offered us complimentary service for our stay. We saw her next morning at breakfast, clearing plates, and greeted us with her great smile. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Didn't expect much of the breakfast spread at executive lounge but it was surprisingly good enough for us. Of course the spread at parkroyal is alot more. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite. The beds are super comfy, and the duvet cover is what a 5 star hotel should be. We have stayed at several similar class hotels in KL before, and some still come with the thin duvet cover with a heavy bleach smell. It's a serviced apartment (dont expect carpet floor), but we enjoyed the bonding time in the living room. Though our room is just next to the lift, we could hardly hear any noise. The location is great, though the traffic around is heavy. We will stay here again for big group travel.

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur where malls and restaurants are all within walking distance! However, the suite in this establishment would probably deter you from going out. Room is great, bed is super comfy, pillow is fluffy, and comforter is thick. Suite is really clean, water pressure is great, hot shower is instantaneous. The view from higher floor is breath taking! Breakfast buffet consist of continental and local cuisine. Choices are not the widest but plenty enough to choose from. Quality is good enough! Fantastic stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
