La Scala del Palazzo CUISINE International / Italian LOCATION Shop G13, Ground floor, Palazzo Versace Macau (Hotel Entrance) The food was good, service was nice but actually not much choices of dishes. What I noticed that everyone order a afternoon Tea set, which was also nice and beautiful ? ?

Located at inside Grand Lisboa Palace. The lobby of the hotel was very grand. Nice and very well decorated. There were more staff than guests at the lobby. Instant service from the staff. High service standard rendered by the staff. Room was a little bit below my expectations after staying at the other hotel (Karl). The room I was staying was overall too orange in colour, the bedsheet cover and the basin. Didn’t think it was ideal colour for the guest to rest and relax. The basin area was a bit small too though there was an additional dressing area- which was seldom available for the others hotels I stayed before. The drinks in minibar were the same as the other hotel (Karl). Also for the bath tub, there was no bath salt available to allow the guest to have a comfortable soak in it (Karl had it- one big container for use) Overall, the hotel was great. Would love to stay again. Noted: a deposit of $1,500 was required. Best to pay cash, so that a refund could be make to you when you checked out.

It's Versace hotel, in the Grand lisboa resorts. Grand lisboa resorts(上葡京) has 4 gates(NORTH,S,W,E) corresponding different hotel, shuttle bus at north gate.

I had an overall amazing experience with Palazzo Versace Macau. The staff are nice and attentive, and the room is spacious. However, it would be better if they had bidet toilet and a bigger bathtub. The breakfast is ok but not impressive. What I love the most is their casino, which is new and full of people.

I had a great time. I received a lot of presents from Palazzo Versace Hotel during my stay! Perfection. A luxury self treat indeed ~
