We arrived at the hotel before 3 pm, so the room was still not ready. But they allowed us to leave our luggage at the lobby and went for a walk. The lobby is located on level 1. So when you arrive at the hotel, just use the lift and go to 1st floor. At 3 o'clock, we checked in to our room. So we got a room with no window. Even though there's no window, the room ventilation was okay. Until next morning, we can smell cigarette smoke through the ventilation. Our room was nice. Clean, tidy, and cosy. Only two pillows were provided for two people. The toilet was also clean but shower gel was not provided. They only provide soaps and shampoos. Also, there's no drinking water bottle provided in the room. We can get clean water (hot/cold) from the water dispenser at the chill out area on level 1. No hairdryer in the room. Maybe you need to request. The location of this hotel is really good and strategic. We can find lots of food nearby. Just a walking distance from this hotel. At night, there was a night market just a few metres from the hotel. Overall, it was good, comfortable, and affordable.

Hotel is at very strategic location. Close to komtar and new lane night market. A lot of food choices nearby and not to far from main road. The room is small but good enough for strong refreshing shower and sleep.

Room are super clean, Service are almost perfectly, Location very convenient for short distance walks to famous n traditional local foods.. Especially durians lovers you can get it just a few hundreds meters away from morning till midnight..Best Location ?
