Excellent location right in the old quarter. Comfortable hotel, very friendly front desk service. The night markets on the weekend are right outside the hotel, super convenient! We stayed in a connecting suite (2 rooms). Rooms sizes are decent, massive king bed that can easily fit 3 adults! The shower is a rain shower above a free standing tub, not my favorite. The only downside was the noise from the street throughout the night and the fact that the window blinds let in a substantial amount of light, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. The hotel arranged an airport transfer that went very smoothly and cost US$25 for a 7-seater vehicle. Front desk offers currency exchange, but we asked for alternative option when their price was 7% above normal buying rate. So the very friendly person at reception gave us directions to a currency exchange place 200 meters down the street, which had an excellent rate. So super happy with this service as well! Great breakfast is another bonus to the location. The hotel organizes tours and cars as well, I went with another company.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally hospitable, always attentive to the needs and schedules of their guests. Despite the smaller size of the rooms, the bed was quite comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfactory and contributed to a pleasant start to the day. Overall, the experience was quite positive, and I felt well taken care of during my stay.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Old quarter in Hanoi. Close to all the tourist spots and great options of eating places around makes this hotel a best choice to stay in Hanoi The night market is set just outside the hotel on the weekend Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special note to Autumn in booking and Hannah in the reception The breakfast was very good as well

A great hotel to be! Fantastic nights we had here. Well taken care of and it was a wonderful experience. Mr. Nguyen Tony especially, who speaks very good English chatted with us like friends and assisted us in many ways. People call him Mr. 25, coz he is available 25 hours, literally whenever you need him! The Whatsapp support is amazing and they attended to me even late at night. Overall super amazing experience ! Very recommended!

Awesome hotel located in the heart of old quarter Hanoi. The staff were very helpful with assisting and communicating with third party tours. Sam at the desk was very helpful. Breakfast does the job, loved the food. The hotel was also very accommodating to our daughter often having playful banter. Would stay here again for sure.
