It was a great experience at the hotel! The staff are nice. The room is clean and tidy and cozy. Great location too, connected to biggest mall in Batam. Super convenient! My room got pantry so i can bring over food and warm it up and got plates and utensils. Love the place!! Highly recommended!!

Pleasant stay for 2 nights. Room was clean, spacious, ample storage and sufficient lighting. Bathroom had thick towels and shower with good water pressure. We like hotels that provide water jugs and water dispensers in the corridors or lift lobbies. Added security using room card to enter room corridors on each level is appreciated. However we had keep the night curtains closed and adjust our room aircon thermostat to 17 degrees at maximum fan level to cool the room as it gets some morning sun. Front desk, bellmen and housekeeping staff were warm and friendly.

Had a great stay at Oakwood hotel! Everything felt new and exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a modern touch. Located in a fantastic area, connected to Grand Batam Mall, and very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and comfort. Will definitely be back!
