Wow it’s so beautiful and Trinity was so helpful. She made my stay memorable. I had a wonderful time on the Gold Coast and next time I’m here I’ll definitely come back again because the service was amazing and my suite was beautiful. Thank you for making my trip pleasurable:)

I recently stayed at the Oaks Gold Coast Hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore everything the Gold Coast has to offer. The room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and had a stunning view, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and offered a great way to start my day. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it for both business trips and leisurely getaways.

Lovely quiet hotel in between Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach. 5mins walk from the beach, beautiful sunrise & sunset views every day. Staff were super friendly & helpful, particularly Rachel who was very kind to me after a stressful journey here - I really appreciated her hospitality and care! Clean & comfortable, smells beautiful in the lobby. Would stay again. Thank you Rachel! Amy

Staff are absolutely fantastic! Location (Florida Gardens tram station just across the road), is fantastic! Views from our ocean view room, fantastic! The only dissatisfaction was there is no servicing of room unless it is prearranged & “for a fee”. Stayed 4 nights & noticed when coming back to room after being out for the day that the bin had not been emptied. When I queried, was told that the room is serviced only after staying for 8 days. Our shower door didn’t seal properly & had to use towels to mop up water. Had to ask for toilet paper, rubbish bin liner (took our own rubbish to basement skip bin ourselves), fresh towels & more milk. 4 tiny thumb containers of milk is definitely not enough for 4 days. Our room only had a microwave. BUT, could upgrade to a room with kitchen facilities, for a cost. Air/con (heating), cannot be adjusted from your room. Too bad if you want to turn it off (as we wanted too), as you can’t. Woke up every morning very stuffy in the nose & body over heated.
