The hotel was great, and the rooms were comfortable. Staying here gives you an hour of early access to Universal Studios, which was a great extra, as the is why we could do all the 70min rides for only 10min!However, the reception was a bit slow during check-in and check-out as foreigns have to show their ID constantly. It's a fantastic choice if you're visiting the park.

Very super hotel, nice rooms, very good service. Bar and restaurants good and very friendly service, I like the different food opportunities on the different food stations. I like this hotel very much. Thanks for the fantastic service.

Stayed at Nuo Beijing Hotel last week and loved EVERYTHING about this BEAUTIFUL hotel. Special mention for 2 of their extraordinary staff - Hardy and Betty Song. Extremely polite manners and readily rendered help for information, ideas for food, for spa etc etc. really exceptional service that made our stay even more pleasing. Very thoughtful of the manager too who came up to the room with a gift for my hubby and to wish him happy birthday in person! Apr eh didn’t can’t her name… We were totally floored. Thank you for this amazing stay! Will be back for sure! ???

All in all one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at! The service was great, rooms were clean, spa was beautiful… the best part about the hotel is the scent!! Still trying to find a way to buy the fragrance of the Nuo in a candle. ? Highly recommended!
